Across Assist provides assistance, protection, and lifestyle benefits as per the chosen plan or package.
The details of each service, eligibility, coverage, and exclusions will be made available to the User at the time of purchase.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Provide accurate and complete information while registering or availing services.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and account activity.
Use Services only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
SERVICE FULFILMENT
Some services are provided directly by Across Assist, while others are delivered via our trusted third-party partners.
Across Assist is not liable for delays, deficiencies, or failures caused by partner/vendor actions beyond our reasonable control.
Certain services may be subject to geographical or technical limitations, which will be communicated at the time of availing.
PAYMENTS & FEES
All fees or charges for Services must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified.
Payments once made are non-transferable. Refunds and cancellations will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Across Assist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service purchased by the User
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Across Assist, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of misuse of Services or breach of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and material available on our website, mobile application, or communications remain the exclusive property of Across Assist.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
COMPLIANCE WITH INDIAN IT ACT, 2000
Users agree to comply with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including all applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines issued thereunder.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
