This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which a customer may request a refund or cancel their subscription/service. By purchasing or availing any of our Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Cancellation of Services
Customers may request cancellation of a purchased plan or service within 48 hours of purchase, provided the service has not already been utilized or activated. Once a service is activated (e.g., roadside assistance dispatched, mobile protection registered, or benefits redeemed), it is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to contact@acrossassist.com with valid purchase details
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if:
The cancellation request is received within the permissible time window.
The service/plan has not been availed or partially used.
Payment was successfully received by Across Assist.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Services already utilized (e.g., tow service, claim assistance, subscription activation).
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delays or failures caused by third-party vendors outside our control
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Across Assist is not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., bank processing times, payment gateway issues).
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Any processing fees, convenience charges, or third-party fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Promotional offers, discounts, or bundled services cannot be refunded in part.
5.Modifications & Exceptions
Across Assist reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website and mobile application.
Exceptions to this Policy may be considered in special cases at the sole discretion of the Company.
