Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to support the development and management of bundled value-added products and services in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the product lifecycle, from market research and analysis to product development and launch, with a strong focus on creating innovative bundled solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning in product creation and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle for bundled products targeting B2B clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and lines of business, to gather product requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to upsell and cross-sell bundled products.
- Analyse performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to provide insights for product iteration and innovation.
- Work closely with backend and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and data analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a product advocate, effectively communicating the value proposition of bundled products to internal teams and clients.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with digital payments, loyalty programs, fintech, or e-commerce sectors is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use AI tools to assist in daily activities.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
