Partnerships Manager

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Analyst to support the development and execution of strategic partnerships for Across Assist. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying, creating, and leveraging partnership opportunities to enhance our product portfolio. This role involves understanding the needs of both Across Assist's lines of business (LOBs) and our B2B clients to propose tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Conceptualizing and Developing Partnerships: Support the identification of potential B2B partnerships that align with Across Assist's services and client needs.
  • Support Reverse Partnerships: Help leverage client offerings to enhance Across Assist’s product portfolio.
  • Execute Partnerships: Assist in the end-to-end execution of partnerships, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Understand and analyze the needs of both Across Assist LOBs and clients to propose tailored partnership solutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure successful partnership implementation.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Innovate and Strategize: Support the development of innovative bundling strategies and continuous improvement of product offerings based on client feedback and market insights.
  • Monitor Performance: Assist in analyzing the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet business objectives and provide value to clients.
  • Communicate Effectively: Help communicate the value of partnerships to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
