Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Analyst to support our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, market research, performance tracking, and the development of sales & growth strategies. This role involves working closely with the Growth Manager, product team, and the business team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying and qualifying new B2B leads across various industries.
  • Sales Cycle Optimization: Support efforts to reduce turnaround time for closing deals through data analysis and process improvements.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports on sales and growth activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
  • Client Relationship Support: Help maintain strong relationships with key clients by providing timely information and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to align on client requirements and assist in the co-creation of new products tailored to industry needs.
